Snow in Alabama

So it’s not that exciting for me, but the locals are going crazy. We ended up with a dusting. Even the gas station on the corner closed for the weather.

This is snow between the apartment blocks I live in.

Just across the street from me is a kick-ass community center with a workout room, basketball courts, a pool, hot tub, walking track, raquetball courts, etc. The whole thing is only $130 per year for residents (over $300/year for non-residents). It was closed early because, as you can see from the picture, the massive amounts of snow would have prevented anyone from getting to the front door.

My apartment building. Not very exciting, but I figured I’d put it up anyway.
